Richland County Hazard Mitigation Committee Meeting #4 - Draft Plan Review.
This meeting occurred from 6-8pm on October 20, 2022. This was a fully in-person meeting, taking place at the Olney Central College Banquet Room. The purpose of this meeting was to review the draft FEMA Hazard Mitigation Plan (HMP).
